Breathing Thru Grief
A Grief & Grace Workshop
with Michael Gelbart, LCSW & Teresa Papadopoulos, MA
Sunday, March 29 | 12–4pm
333 Estudillo Ave, Suite 206
San Leandro, CA
You are carrying grief—recent or long-held.
You feel loss that doesn’t always have words.
You’re tired of “being strong” and want a place where you don’t have to fix or explain yourself.
You want to breathe, feel, and be witnessed—safely.
It asks to be met.
Breathing Thru Grief is a 4-hour, in-person experience rooted in presence, nervous-system regulation, and shared witnessing.
This is not therapy.
This is not performance or emotional dumping.
This is a carefully held relational space where grief and grace are both welcome.
Together, we will:
✨ Slow down the nervous system
✨ Listen to the body’s wisdom
✨ Make room for what has been carried quietly
✨ Practice being with grief—without fixing or rescuing
Grief & Grace is a shared relational field where we practice:
💗 Embodied presence
💗 Attuned listening
💗 Emotional regulation
💗 Compassionate witnessing
We honor grief as a river—one we can learn to move through with more steadiness, courage, and care.
