There are seasons when grief feels loud.
And seasons when it hums quietly beneath everything.
If you’ve been carrying loss — recent or long-held — and haven’t had a place to set it down, even for a few hours, this workshop was created with you in mind.
Breathing Thru Grief is a 4-hour, in-person experience where breath, gentle movement, and relational presence come together. This is a space to slow the body, steady the nervous system, and practice being with grief in a way that feels supported rather than overwhelming.
When you join us, you receive:
✨ A grounded opening circle with shared agreements to create safety and clarity
✨ Guided breath awareness to regulate and settle your system
✨ Somatic practices to help you listen to what your body has been holding
✨ Gentle, supported movement to allow emotion to move naturally
✨ Reflective journaling and guided inquiry
✨ Structured partner and small-group sharing with clear boundaries (no fixing, no advice-giving)
✨ A closing ritual to integrate the experience with care
This workshop is rooted in the shared field of Grief & Grace — the understanding that loss does not need to be solved, but met. Together, we practice embodied presence, compassionate witnessing, and emotional steadiness.
