Releasing Breath
Inhale deeply through your nose.
Exhale forcefully through your mouth, visualizing the release of stress or negativity.
Repeat for 1–2 minutes to create a sense of renewal.
Anchor Breath
Inhale for 4 counts, hold for 4 counts, and exhale for 6 counts.
Focus on your intention for the year as you breathe.
Somatic Practices to Embody Renewal
